Participation in the Deposit Match cash bonus ("Promotion") serves as your willful acceptance of and agreement to comply with the terms and conditions of this promotion. Do not participate in the promotion if you do not agree with these terms.

THE PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00 am ET on January 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on January 15, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

ELIGIBILITY
Eligible Contract Participants ("ECPs") and Qualified Accounts

The Promotion is available to select ACE otc account holders who fund their ACE otc account with $10,000 USD or more during the Promotional Period (a “Qualified Account”).

Customers are required to be and represent that they do continue to qualify as an "Eligible Contract Participant" (ECP) as defined by the Commodity Exchange Act.

Only Eligible Contract Participants with Qualified Accounts are eligible for the Cash Bonus. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, fulfillment and advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household of each such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible.

The Promotion is not open to persons who reside in any jurisdiction where ACE otc is not authorized to do business, where its products and services would be contrary to the laws, rules, and regulations governing the securities industry, the futures industry, or where otherwise prohibited under the local laws, rules, and regulations of that jurisdiction. The Promotion is not valid for internal transfers, and is not transferable, saleable, or valid in combination with certain other offers.

AWARD DETAILS

The Cash Bonus (“Cash Bonus”) will be credited to a customer's Qualified Account within one week from date of the initial deposit of at least $10,000 USD, which must be deposited prior to the end of the Promotional Period.

The deposited funds will determine the Cash Bonus tier:

Cash Bonus:Initial Funding
$1,000: $10,000 - 24,999
$2,000: $25,000 - 49,999
$3,500: $50,000 - 99,999
$5,000: $100,000 - 249,999
$10,000: $250,000+

Each Qualified Customer is limited to a single Cash Bonus.

The initial minimum funding amount that qualifies for the relevant Cash Bonus tier is required to remain in the Qualified Account for a minimum of three (3) months starting the date the Qualified Account meets the funding minimum (“Three Month Period”). The value of Cash Bonus the customer receives will be credited to its Qualified Account upon deposit, but will be automatically debited out of the Qualified Customer's Qualified Account if the Three Month Period requirement is not met. The Cash Bonus will be available as buying power upon being credited to the account, but the cash available for withdrawal will be reduced (to no lower than zero) by the amount of the Cash Bonus until the end of the Three Month Period.

ACE otc may decline requests to enroll in the Promotion at its discretion and reserves the right to change or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. ACE otc is not responsible for any tax related to this offer, and recommends that each Qualified Customer consult its tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for this offer and any tax implications associated with receipt of the Cash Bonus.

PARTICIPANT DATA AND PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with ACE otc's Privacy Policy.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

ACE otc is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error in these rules or any promotional materials, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion. If, in ACE otc’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Promotion, or if any difficulties compromise the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, ACE otc reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of war, national emergency, accident, dangerous weather conditions, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, pandemic, or other matters beyond ACE otc's reasonable control, ACE otc has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Promotion. Prompt notice of such action will be made to Qualified Customers. This Promotion offer is not transferable. ACE otc reserves the right to revoke, amend, modify, or extend this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

CAUTION

Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, ACE otc reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. ACE otc reserves the right to disqualify participants for any reason at any time.

DISPUTES

This Promotion is conducted in English. By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless ACE otc, its direct and indirect parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, partners, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in the Promotion. All applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of referral information, or for any human or printing error in these Rules or any promotional materials, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to you or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion.
